Cancellation & Returns
Your statutory rights remain important. Different rules can apply to made-to-specification goods and standard resale goods.
Standard resale goods
For qualifying standard resale goods bought at distance, you generally have 14 days after delivery to tell us you wish to cancel without giving a reason. You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not the only way to make a clear cancellation statement.
Made-to-order / customer specification
Goods genuinely made to your specifications or clearly personalised may fall within the statutory exception to ordinary change-of-mind cancellation. We apply this only to the actual product concerned, not automatically to every product in a mixed order.
Returning goods
Direct return or collection costs for bulky goods may apply where lawfully disclosed; we will provide the applicable information rather than inventing a fixed tariff. During a statutory cancellation period, any deduction is limited to legally applicable diminished value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.
Discretionary standard returns
After applicable statutory cancellation rights have expired, we may choose to accept a non-faulty standard product return. An approved discretionary return may carry a 35% restocking and handling charge, subject to a minimum of £35 per approved return, plus direct return or collection cost. It will not exceed the value of the goods and does not apply to statutory cancellation, faulty goods or made-to-order/customer-specification goods. Contact us before sending anything.
Faults and refunds
Faulty, misdescribed and non-conforming goods remain protected by statutory rights. We do not state that deposits are automatically non-refundable; any amount retained or recovered follows the applicable legal and contractual position and legitimate loss or cost.

I/We hereby give notice that I/We cancel my/our contract for the supply of the following goods/services: Order or quote reference; date ordered/received; name; address; signature (only for paper notification); date. This model form is not the only method of cancellation.
