Physical samples help you review the finish selected for your kitchen.
Final-selection door sample
A qualifying physical door sample of the final selected kitchen range/style and finish is required before Manufacturing Release. A colour swatch alone does not satisfy that requirement.
Acknowledgement and credit
The sample acknowledgement is evidence that you received and reviewed the sample and is not a waiver of statutory or conformity rights. A qualifying paid final-selection door sample may create one order credit where the authoritative sample and payment records meet the eligibility rules.
Colour and material
Screens and devices can display colours differently, so review the physical sample. Reasonable material or manufacturing variation may occur where inherent, but this does not excuse a wrong finish, wrong product, defect or failure to conform to the approved specification.
Changing selection
If you change the final range or finish, a matching sample acknowledgement is required.
