Please read these plain-English terms before placing an order.
Who we are
Fitted Kitchens is a trading name of ZIEGAL LTD, company number 10914681, registered office 5 Piccadilly Place, Manchester, England, M1 3BR. We supply kitchens and related products on a supply-only basis unless an agreed order expressly says otherwise.
Your order
Your order is based on the exact quote and order version identified for you. Agreed changes may require a new version and fresh review. The current normal payment plan is 10% initial/order/technical stage, 80% manufacturing stage and 10% final balance; the issued schedule for your order is authoritative.
Made to your specification
Many kitchen components are made or prepared specifically to an approved customer specification. Where the statutory made-to-specification exception applies, ordinary change-of-mind cancellation rights do not apply to those goods. This does not affect rights for faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming goods.
Samples and finishes
A qualifying physical door sample for the final selected range and finish must be received and reviewed before manufacturing release. A colour swatch alone is not that final-selection sample.
