Our commercial guarantees supplement, and do not replace, your statutory rights.
Commencement
Our commercial guarantees start on the authoritative actual delivery date.
25-Year Cabinet Guarantee
Qualifying kitchen cabinet carcasses are covered for 25 years from the guarantee commencement date.
20-Year Hinge / Hardware Guarantee
Qualifying hinges and covered cabinet hardware are covered for 20 years from the guarantee commencement date.
Other products
Other products and components may have separate product-specific or manufacturer guarantees where applicable.
Reasonable exclusions
Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, inappropriate cleaning, unauthorised alteration, abnormal moisture or heat/steam exposure, failure to address leaks, incorrect third-party installation where it caused the issue, and fair wear and tear may not be covered. These exclusions do not remove statutory remedies for goods that were faulty or non-conforming when supplied.
