About us
Fitted Kitchens is a trading name of ZIEGAL LTD, company number 10914681, registered office 5 Piccadilly Place, Manchester, England, M1 3BR. These Website Terms are separate from the Terms of Sale.
Accounts and planner tools
Keep login details secure and use the planner and design tools lawfully for personal planning. Planner outputs help you plan and price a kitchen; check final measurements and specification through the technical and approval process before manufacture.
Trade access and customer projects
Trade-account access does not make a trade user an employee, worker, agent, representative, partner or subcontractor of Fitted Kitchens. Unless separately agreed by Fitted Kitchens in writing, a trade user has no authority to enter into agreements, make commitments or incur liabilities on behalf of Fitted Kitchens. Any fitting or installation services a trade user agrees to provide to a customer are separate from the customer’s kitchen-supply contract with Fitted Kitchens. Fitted Kitchens remains responsible for the goods and services it supplies, and nothing in these Website Terms excludes or restricts statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Fitting, payments and measurements
Unless Fitted Kitchens separately agrees in writing to provide installation services, the trade user is responsible for the fitting services and workmanship they provide. Kitchen products supplied by Fitted Kitchens are sold by Fitted Kitchens to the customer, and payments for those products must use authorised Fitted Kitchens payment methods; a trade user may not collect kitchen-product payments or make contractual commitments on behalf of Fitted Kitchens unless expressly authorised in writing. Where measurements, dimensions, photographs, plans or other site information are supplied by a trade user or customer, the person supplying it must ensure it is accurate. Fitted Kitchens may rely on supplied information when preparing or amending a kitchen project, and the final layout, dimensions, products, quantities and specification must be reviewed through the applicable order and Manufacturing Release process before manufacture begins.
Acceptable use
Do not attack or disrupt the service, introduce malware, bypass security, use fraudulent accounts or scrape public pages in a way that materially abuses the service. Ordinary search-engine crawling of public pages is not prohibited.
Content and availability
Fitted Kitchens owns or is licensed to use its website software, text and branding; third-party marks remain with their owners. Features may change or be temporarily unavailable. External links are provided for convenience. Nothing here limits statutory product rights or applicable law.
