Delivery
We will keep you informed and work with the delivery arrangements agreed for your order.
Dates and windows
Delivery dates and windows are estimates unless an exact arrangement is expressly agreed. We will communicate material changes where practical. We do not promise delivery within four weeks.
Access and delivery information
Please provide accurate delivery information and make reasonable access arrangements. A failed delivery caused by customer or access circumstances may lead to reasonable redelivery or storage costs where properly applicable and disclosed.
Inspection and issues
Inspect goods before fitting where reasonably practical. Report damage, shortage or incorrect items as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours for quicker investigation; this request does not affect statutory rights.
Changes
No material substitution of a product or finish will be made without appropriate customer agreement and, where required, a new authoritative order/specification version.
